Hey there, I'm Justin. Would love to chat in person, but in the meantime, here's a little about me.

I started my 'career' at age 10 or so, by filming dealership ads on a betamax video camera for my collection of hot wheels with my brother, followed by a short, albeit lucrative, fake ID business throughout high school, made my first real, super legit, print ads for my Dad's company, then went off to college, earned a BFA in Visual Communications, learned to cook, designed and sold some typefaces, worked a few design jobs then switched over to advertising, worked at some small, medium and large agencies, learned to make some tasty cocktails, taught part-time at my alma mater, began a simultaneous career as a commercial director, learned about wine, married my executive producer, did some VO work, sold some paintings, worked my way to group creative director, had two awesome kids, grew a bunch of creative talent, made great friends with my clients, made work I'm proud of, wrote this bio.

What I can help with

Giving a consistent and strong push for strategic, innovative, disruptive, entertaining and engaging work that generates earned media dollars to extend the campaigns I manage well beyond their budgets.

Setting clear & direct vision for my brands, my team and our projects.

Cultivating a highly collaborative and open environment for sharing opinions and developing the best work, integrating partnerships across all disciplines; Creative, Account/Brand, Strategy, Business Affairs, Production, etc, but ultimately remaining responsible for the creative output and process.

Leading by example by always grabbing an oar and leaving any ego at the door (and occasional rhyming

Building trusting, long-term relationships with my clients, by making their business goals my own.

Seeking out the best talent, hiring, retaining and growing my team members at all levels and creative disciplines through real-time feedback, growth plans, individual 1:1’s, off-sites, team outtings and happy hours with hand crafted cocktails.

Coaching to my team's strengths, working harder and smarter, not necessarily longer, and respecting their (and my) work/life balance.
