First, a seemingly B.S. work-related stat.

The campaigns I’ve worked on have racked up over 8 Billion earned media impressions.

Ok, so now you might be thinking, with those sorts of numbers, this dude must be loaded. Naturally, you’d expect that I spend most of my time driving my Maserati back and forth between my Villa in Malibu and my Vineyard in Napa, but much to the disappointment of my wife, and the Maserati dealer, I do not. :(

I grew up in a pink house, with pet chickens and ducks.

I rebelled as best as I could by growing my hair down to my belt and listening exclusively to speed metal.  Fortunately for the sake of my parents and future children I chopped off the hair and focused on design which eventually led to a profitable stint generating fake I.D.’s and bulk movie tickets throughout high school.

I love advertising so much, I married my Executive Producer.

I’ve spent most of my adult life in advertising, so much so that my wife was formerly my Executive Producer.  We now have two kids and I’ve become an expert Lego builder of sorts, thanks to my 7 year-old son’s obsession with Lego Star Wars.

I'm kind of a big fan of the holidays.

It started when I was in high school, when my brother and I helped my father recreate Chevy Chase’s lighting display from Christmas Vacation.  So now, I transform my house into a full fledged cemetery for Halloween, hand-paint Easter Eggs characters for all of the kids in my family, and procure as many illegal fireworks as I can for the 4th of July.

I like to cook and own (translation: drink) a boatload of wine.

I love to make homemade ice cream, cocktails and ultra thin pizza’s for my friends and neighbors.  And occasionally make useless videos about it. Our garage, turned temperature controlled wine cellar, contains numerous bottles of central coast Californian wines, depending on how recently we’ve had a party (or returned from Napa).  I spend a lot of time thinking about where I’m going to eat next.  Like, a lot of time.

I somehow get to spend time and work with some very awesome people.

I've been fortunate enough to meet a lot of genuinely amazing people, both behind the camera and in front of it.  And for the past 8 years I’ve turned my food obsession into a Directing gig by directing the tabletop, Hunger spots, and some live action work for Carl’s Jr./Hardee’s.  Partly because I love film, and partly because the DGA has literally the best health insurance plan in the country.  No joke.
